If you need to schedule recurring sessions, we can assist in setting up a consistent timetable that works for you. Flexibility is available for changing schedules, and we’ll accommodate your needs wherever possible.
What technology do I need? Is it confidential?
For online sessions, you’ll need a device with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. This can be a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Our platform is user-friendly, and we provide clear instructions to connect securely before your session.
All online sessions are conducted using secure, encrypted video platforms, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. We adhere to professional ethical standards and GDPR regulations, meaning your personal information and session details are strictly protected.
We recommend finding a quiet, private space for your sessions to maintain confidentiality and allow for full engagement without distractions. Headphones can also help improve audio clarity and privacy.
If you prefer in-person sessions, all consultations are conducted in private rooms designed to ensure comfort, discretion, and a safe environment for open conversation.
What are your fees and payment methods?
Our fees are clearly outlined on the Prices page and vary depending on several factors, including the type of service you choose (therapy, counselling, coaching, or assessments), the seniority of the professional (Consultant, Chartered, or Junior), and the number of sessions you intend to undertake.
We offer flexible pricing for multiple sessions, which can be requested directly by clients or advised by the professional after at least three sessions. This allows us to make a thorough assessment and collaboratively create an intervention plan that meets your goals. Package options provide clarity on total costs in advance and can simplify the payment process.
We also offer special rates for students, though availability is very limited. Our aim is to make mental health support accessible while maintaining high-quality professional care.
Payments can be made securely online through our platform or via bank transfer. Invoices are issued upon request for record-keeping or insurance purposes, and we accept standard payment methods. Transparent information about fees ensures you can plan your sessions without unexpected costs and with confidence in your investment in your mental health.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and ensures fairness.
Cancellations made within the notice period are not subject to a fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice may incur a charge, as outlined on our Prices page.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will discuss alternative arrangements.

Do you offer reduced rates or concessions?
We understand that affordability can be an important consideration, so we offer a progressive discount system based on the number of sessions you book. This means that for each service, the cost of a session decreases slightly with every additional session, up to a certain point. For example, if a standard session costs £50, the second session might be £49, the third £48, and so on, until the 15th session. From the 16th session onward, a flat discounted tariff applies for any number of sessions you choose to book.
This system applies to all our services and professionals, with the exact discount and cumulative structure varying depending on the type of service and number of sessions. It is designed to reward commitment and make ongoing support more accessible.
In addition to the progressive discount, we also offer reduced rates or concessions in special circumstances, such as for students, clients with low income, or those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us privately to discuss eligibility, and all inquiries will be handled sensitively and confidentially.
